WELD Line?
열에 의해 용융된 PVC수지의 흐름이 만나서 생기는 가는 선을 "웰드라인(Weld Line)"이라고 합니다. PVC이음관은 사출성형기에 의해 제조된 경질염화비닐이음관으로 성형품에 웰드라인이 발생하는 것은 성형과정에서 피할 수 없습니다. 따라서 모든 성형품에는 웰드라인이 생기게 되며 통상적으로 게이트 반대편에 생기고 외관상 갈라짐이 발생된 것으로 오인할 수 있으나 사용상 전혀 문제가 없습니다. -
